About Me
I earned my M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution in 2001, and for years I worked with people navigating complex challenges across cultures, systems, and continents.
Over time, and through my own life transitions, I came to see something clearly: the conflicts that most profoundly shape our lives aren’t only external. They’re internal.
Today, I work at that intrapersonal level, helping people resolve the tension between where they are and where they want to be - by bringing their subconscious minds into alignment with their intentions and desires.

I’m deeply curious about people: our stories, our patterns, our fears, and our quiet wisdom. I love listening. I love perspective shifts. And I love helping people feel steadier, more hopeful, and more themselves again.
